Yes! We do ship internationally and to all around the world. We usually use USPS Priority with insurance to ship our international products.
How long does shipping take?
We have many different shipping options available at the checkout page. Shipping time can be estimated in our shopping cart. Time frames for each order can be selected upon checkout.
How long do orders take for processing?
Orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing and verification. This is to insure our safety and yours and most orders are processed quickly in order so we can get them out to you in a timely manner.

ArmyUniverse.com is located and operates out of 4 different warehouses located in the NY, NJ area. We are physically located in New York.

How can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order you may do so by filling our our return request form located at the bottom of the page or by emailing our returns department at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to return your order. We cannot generate RMA numbers after this time frame because our system will not allow us to do so. We will not deviate from this time frame unless previous authorization is given to extend the time, which we will only grant in special cases.
Can I call ArmyUniverse.com?

All of our new products can be found on our new products page. You can access that by clicking on New Products underneath the categories menu. If you cannot find what you are looking for you may search for it on the top of the website or you may contact us for assistance to see if we have what you are looking for.

You can locate our specials page by clicking on the link under the categories menu to your left or on the bottom of any page under specials. You may also click on the tab on the top of any page.
How can I exchange my order?
If you need to exchange your order you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will provide an exchange code for you to send back your order. We do not cover shipping costs when shipping the item back to us, However we will send back the product to you at our expense. We are happy to offer Free Shipping on Exchanges but we can only offer this once, so please make sure you know what you would like to exchange it for. If you decide to return a product after an exchange is completed, you will be charged for the return shipping costs back to you.
How can I place a wholesale order?
If you are interested in purchasing large quantities, please visit our wholesale website by clicking on the link on the bottom of any page or by going to wholesale.armyuniverse.com. You must purchase 25 items to checkout on the wholesale website, so if your order is for less items please use our retail site.
How can I get a quote on a large quantity?
By E-mailing email@example.com, our wholesale team will be glad to give you a quote for large quantities. If you see a price and you would like to know if we can match it just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to match any prices you see.
My package is lost! What can you do for me?
If your package got lost, we will need to confirm that with the shipping carrier and file a claim for you. Once the claim is filed and completed we will go ahead and reship you another product. We do our best to ship in a timely manner, however we have no control over the shipping companies and if they lose packages in transit. So in the even that this does happen, we will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as we can.
What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you received a damaged product from ArmyUniverse.com please call us as soon as possible. We will not accept any damaged goods claims after 3 business days. If an item was damaged in the shipping process, a claim will be filed and a new product will be sent out once the damaged product is received back.
All products are inspected thoroughly before being sent out, but mistakes can occur and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify it.
If you decide not to keep a defective product, a restocking fee will still apply. We do this to insure the integrity of our company and our customers. Shipping will be reimbursed for any defective item, after it has been inspected.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product from your order please let us know right away and we will do whatever is necessary to fix the situation as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items sent will be compensated once the situation has been reviewed by one of our returns mangers. You may send back the products only via the methods that we choose and accept. This is the only way a customer can be compensated for the return shipping costs.
How long do I have to cancel an order?
Orders placed online may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed. All orders after 24 hours cannot be canceled even if it has not been shipped. There is a 15% cancellation fee on orders canceled after 24 hours. No fees will be charged if we cancel an order on our side.
Can I return my international order?
We do not accept any returns on international orders. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please make sure you understand that before placing an order.
